We (childhood school friends Alex and Dan) set up Clean Cuisine Co. in 2019 as an alternative to the usual junk fast-food outlets that were available. Both being passionate about healthy lifestyles, we wanted to break the mould and provide people with the opportunity to eat delicious and healthy fast food on-the-go.
At Clean Cuisine Co. we are not your 'typical' food caterer. Why? Because our food is made from using only 100% natural ingredients without compromising on taste. We are passionate about serving delicious (and healthy!) street food for any occasion.
We offer you the opportunity to enjoy our food guilt-free, free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Our recipes are inspired from dishes around the world to give you a culinary experience like no other. Whether that be our Asian-inspired chickpea and potato curry or our fiery Jamaican-style jerk chicken. However, we do offer a bespoke menu should you have something else in mind. Our menu also covers a range of dietary requirements, from vegans to meat-eaters, to those that are gluten-free. Above all else though, we only use the finest, natural ingredients in whatever we do.
Our sleek, modern mobile catering trailer can be transported on or off the beaten track to serve at any venue or occasion. We typically serve at private events such as weddings, parties and corporate events but we also serve at festivals and public-facing events throughout the year.
We pride ourselves on professionalism and will always work with you to provide you with a menu and service that doesn't cost the earth. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure that the menu choice, service-style and event timings are to your satisfaction. We also have a five star food hygiene rating to give you that peace of mind before choosing to work with us.
